This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your Gravely order, and what happens with shipping costs if you need to return an item.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees; occasional delays outside of our control (customs, weather, carrier delays) may occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.

Returns — Who Pays for Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. This applies to returns made because of a change of mind, wrong size/color chosen, or any other reason not caused by an error on our part. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us first — in those cases we will cover the return shipping or arrange another solution. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer; additional shipping costs to resend the order may apply.
